It’s Alive!

The more I lean in and dedicate myself to this work, the more I realize that what wants to be made into existence will choose you. And so, here is a glimpse of some recent inner dialogue about how these new paintings are coming into form.

“The artwork I’m creating is beginning to have its’ own pulse, its’ own rhythm, its’ own heartbeat. It is becoming something beyond my understanding.”

A Message From the Guides

In my meditative state of living and painting, it allows space for information not of my own to come through. For me, this information comes through strongest in thought forms and dreams. Whether you call it your intuition/ higher self/ etc. In here, I’ll refer to this information as: a message from the guides. This was in response to my question of ‘how can I create something beyond my understanding?’

The word recognized was emphasized, so I took it upon myself to look up the definition.

recognize: to identify (someone or something) from having encountered them before; to know again.
